Part 2: Rate Change, Clinical Locked-In
With this decision to move, our Clinical Locked-In rate changed.

Our previous CLI rate is now the new Member rate for Clinical Locked-In service.

Current customers whose subsequent service falls within ninety (90) days, of their previous service, will continue this current rate as long as service continues within ninety (90) days.(Current Non-members still need a maximum of 30 days between appointments to receive this rate, a $37.00 discount.)

Current customers, whose subsequent service falls within ninety-one (91) days, or more from their previous service, will see Clinical Locked-In rates as follows, a $30.00 discount:Monday-Thursday for $50; Friday-Sunday for $60.

These new rates will apply to all new Members and non-member customers, respectively.

We ask for your patience as we update all our communications with customers, vendors, website, and partners, over the next several weeks.
