CANCELLATIONS

Contact High Massage understands that life happens to us all. We also understand that while life is happening, other lives must continue without regard for reason, deviation and/or preparation.

As such, Contact High Massage allows a no fee cancellation of twenty-four (24) hours prior to appointment time and date. However, within twenty-four (24) hours of appointment and all same day cancellations and no-show-absences by a scheduled client will result in a charge of seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of the missed/cancelled appointment. This cost will be charged either that day or at the time of the client’s next appointment, prior to service. (Provisions for this seventy-five percent (75%) charge apply for the same client of a cancelled appointment regardless of any proceeding appointment with any massage and bodywork therapist at Contact High Massage).

Contact High Massage also understands that our clients’ time is valuable! Should a therapist cancel on the same day or within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled appointment, that therapist will first attempt to reschedule the client for a different time on the same day with no discount.  If the client is unable to accept the rescheduled-same day appointment, the therapist shall discount the client 40% off the next scheduled appointment.  If the day of the cancelled appointment passes with no attempt by the therapist, the therapist shall discount the next scheduled appointment by the same client 50% off, when the subsequent appointment is scheduled with the same therapist. (Provisions for this discount only apply when the missed appointment is rescheduled by the same client with the same therapist.  This discount is not transferable, and no discount has cash value.)
